2.2 Location Data (GPS)

GoCaddie uses precise GPS location data while the app is in use to:

• Calculate distances

• Enable on-course golf functionality

• Provide contextual golf insights

Location data is not used for advertising, not sold, and not retained longer than necessary.
Location permissions can be managed at any time via device settings.

2.3 Voice Input (Voice-to-Text)

GoCaddie allows users to interact via voice.

• Voice input is used only for real-time voice-to-text conversion

• Audio is not stored, retained, or used for training

• Only the resulting text is processed to respond to user requests

Microphone permissions can be managed via device settings.

2.4 Automatically Collected Data

We may collect limited technical data, including:

• Device type and operating system

• App version

• Anonymous usage data

• Crash and performance diagnostics

This data is used solely to improve reliability, security, and performance.

2.5 Payments & Subscriptions

GoCaddie offers paid subscriptions processed exclusively through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
ProCaddie Limited does not collect or store payment or billing information.

Apple processes subscription-related data in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy.

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements within the app.

GoCaddie is intended for a general audience, including children, and has been assigned an Apple App Store age rating of 4+.

Personal data from children under the age of 13 is collected only as necessary to provide the core functionality of the app and only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, where required by applicable law.

We do not use personal data from children for advertising or marketing purposes and do not sell such data.
